SPAFJ — Sistem Pengurusan Aset & Fasiliti Jalan
SPAFJ is an AI-driven road asset and facility management system for Malaysian federal roads (KKR/JKR), developed by AHN Vertex. The Pavement Core module covers the full pavement lifecycle:

- AI & digital twin — foundation-model defect detection with agentic maintenance workflows
- Deterioration modelling & decision engine — budget-constrained treatment optimisation (ePMMS)
- Treatment planning & work orders — eNOD defect intake, eAKP work orders, eStar rating
- Routine maintenance RO1–RO9 — pavement, shoulder, grass cutting, road furniture, bridges & culverts, landscape, drainage, road marking and electrical assets
